Register your practiceYou provide your facility licence, the licences of each practitioner you wish to list, your services, and a contact email for receiving requests. We verify your licences with the relevant health authority before your listing goes live.
Your profile appears in searches relevant to the conditions and therapies you have told us you provide and we have verified against the licence you have provided.
When someone requests an appointment with you, we send the request to your registered email with the person's contact details, the therapy they are interested in, and their preferred timing.
The appointment is arranged directly between you and the patient. Wellnooz does not book appointments, does not manage your availability, and does not take payment.
We ask you to tell us whether the appointment was booked or not. This is a one-click confirmation in the request email. It takes seconds and it matters — it is how we understand whether the platform is working, and it is the basis of the reporting we can give you on the requests you receive.
Please respond to appointment requests within 3 working hours. A request that goes unanswered is a poor experience for the person who made it and reflects on every provider on the platform. We monitor response times, and we may deprioritise or remove listings that repeatedly do not respond.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your listing — your licensed specialties, the services you offer, your practitioners' credentials, and your contact details. You must not list services you are not licensed to provide.
You must provide valid licences and certifications at registration and maintain their validity at all times. You must notify Wellnooz within 7 days of any change affecting your listing, including licence renewal, expiry, suspension or withdrawal; any change to your licensed scope of practice or the services you are authorised to provide; and any practitioner joining or leaving your facility. Where a licence held on our records has expired, or where we are unable to confirm its validity, the provider or practitioner concerned will be removed from the directory until valid documentation is supplied.
Treatment must be delivered by appropriately licensed practitioners, within their approved scope of practice, and in accordance with applicable UAE health regulations.
Listing on Wellnooz is currently free. There is no listing fee, no commission on appointments, and no charge for requests received. If we introduce a commercial model in future, we will give existing providers reasonable notice before any charge applies.
